I connected wifi in the factory restore tool and flashed/updated the windows image. This fixed the problem.
The laptop locked up during the windows setup. I rebooted it and it locked up again. I called tech support. We did a factory reset. I rebooted and it locked up again. This the first time I have had a laptop that doesn’t work right out of the box and also my first Dell. I am very discouraged.

I love it. Updated it to 16gb ram and eventually more storage. Gaming, battery, sound and screen are perfect for my needs. All in all I feel it’s perfect for it’s price. Very happy with this purchase as it’s intended for casual gaming and work on the go

First off the color is very ugly, then the operating system had to be reloaded, its not as fast and perky as you would think. I also own the i7 version of this laptop in black and there is a big difference in performance, the i7 leaves this one in the dust.

All depends on what chipset you get. When booting up it takes 2 plus hours. It goes into a blue screen. Just let it run. It could take 5 hours. For slower internet. Let it install.
