I loved this laptop. Unfortunately even though I’m currently still making payments on it, it is no longer charging. It will run for a limited amount of time while plugged in, but shuts itself down when it becomes overheated. I had to quickly purchase a chromebook,just to get me through, until I can get the battery replaced. Assuming that is the problem. I guess ultimately it’ my fault for not purchasing insurance. I shouldn’t have assumed this laptop would run properly for at the very least,the amount of time it took me to pay it off.

It was easy to set up, love the touch screen, but I still is a scroll mouse sometimes. Functional for my home office.

Wife went back to school and needed a laptop. Purchased her the i7, 32GB Ram, 1TB SSD. Highly recommend for use with Zoom, Remote classes, class projects, and Microsoft office. She especially likes to how lightweight the laptop is when going to class.

The Microsoft Surface Laptop 4 15″ Touch Screen – Intel Core i7 – 32GB – 1TB itself is a decent product; HOWEVER, the one I received developed a horrible display problem.
The screen randomly displayed mulit-colored stripes over part or all of the screen, and the error began to occur more frequently through about ten weeks of moderate usage (and NO damage, kid-glove treatment).
Here’s where the real trouble began.
I contacted Amazon for a return/replacement. Amazon said contact Microsoft. Microsoft said the warranty had expired. WHAT?!? That’s right. Amazon kept the computer in a warehouse long enough that the manufacturer warranty expired within a few days of my purchase. Microsoft said to contact Amazon.
The back-and forth was accentuated with insanely long phone hold times on Microsoft’s helpline. Somehow I bought a lemon and no one wanted to help me.
What saved the day was a lone Amazon employee who took it upon himself to contact Microsoft to find a customer service manager who would help. By the end of that day, Microsoft had arranged to send me a replacement REFURBISHED computer to be shipped immediately (with a full-price hold on my credit card until the faulty computer was received at Microsoft). The refurbished machine has no problems (yet), the faulty one was received (no charges on my card), and life is working as it should.
The Amazon employee contacted me within a week to make certain that the problem had been solved. Amazon’s error was huge but that employee made it his business to fix it.

Loving my Surface Laptop 4 a lot. No issues setting it up. The touch screen is perfect, I love the feel of the keyboard. The laptop does its job. It’s a basic, minimalist but high end laptop for sure. I don’t do much with it but surf the web and type up notes. For the price of this laptop, it sure is great.

Lo utilize por los tutoriales que mire. Pero tuve una experiencia dificil con el Keyboard porque no funciono. La reparo un tecnico en informatica y pague 120 Dolares . Ahora si funciona bien. Pero quien me reembolsara el valor de 120 $ que pague.
